Guest：My second time at this hotel. Great location close to dining and shopping

Guest：Hotel Cruzeiro does have some positives: the king-size bed was very spacious and the pillows were comfortable. Unfortunately, the room design and upkeep left much to be desired. There was only one bedside table, which meant that one guest had to keep their belongings—phone, water, medicines—on the floor. This was very inconvenient and made the stay uncomfortable. On top of that, the wallpaper in the room was beginning to peel, which gave the space a neglected feel. Take into consideration that this is supposed to be a 4-star hotel. While the bed itself was great, the lack of basic functionality and the visible wear and tear were disappointing. I would suggest looking for another hotel in the area for a more comfortable and well-maintained stay.
Guest：Great stay Stayed in two bedroom apartment style family room. It was great with kitchenette, laundry, multiple televisions, good air conditioning. Lots of space. Clean. The breakfast included was great. Very close to restaurants. Front staff were lovely. Had free parking. Would recommend!
